Research on Perception
Perception of a person is a factor which needs to be understood in order to understand his/her behaviours. We conducted several interviews with first year and second year students at Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management, New Delhi regarding their perception upon certain aspects ranging from expectations of freshers to deliverables they can provide, thinking process of freshers and people with work experience/first year and second year students.
